Hello! My name is Cindy Cruz and I am currently an undergraduate at Rutgers University. I am majoring in mathematics and will continue to study at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education to be able to teach math in K-12 schools. I hope to become an effective teacher in teaching mathematics while also providing equity and individuality in the classroom.

The purpose of this website is to share helpful resources for new and current educators that will help touch on topics relating to equity and individuality in students. Gender, sexuality, race, class, religion, etc., are things that educators should inform themselves and to their students in order to make a classroom a safe and welcoming environment while providing excellent education.
